Booking Edgmond Village Hall
Edgmond Village Hall has a large main hall, plus smaller rooms for hire and stands in its own attractive 1.3 acre grounds including numerous trees of varied species. 

The Hall comprises: 
The Main Hall ( 15 m x 9 m) plus stage area; 
The Small Hall (9 m x 5 m) which is attached and bookable only with the Main Hall
(Kitchen is attached to the Small Hall as is the bar - please ask regarding bar facilities)
Committee Room
Function Room (8m x 7m) normally available including the meeting room
Meeting Room  (5m x 4 m) can be divided by acoustic partition and let separately

Hiring a room includes access to the regular or function kitchen, the WC's and the field. 
There is no charge for heat and light.

They can talk you through availability and costs and suggest the most convenient way to hand over keys and get you set up for your event.

On site car parking is available with overflow parking. Use of the grounds for external events comes free if you hire the main rooms - ideal for a marquee and our Function Kitchen is designed to accept food trolleys and catering equipment via its double doors.
The Village Hall is available for hire for parties and other events. It is licensed for music and dancing Mon - Sun until midnight.

Our Events Team are available to provide a bar service. Please discuss this with Janis if you'd like us to look after this aspect of your event. If you'd like to sell alcohol yourself you must inform us at the time of booking. Our permanent licensee will enable you to make alcohol sales and there is normally a £25 charge for this facility. 

If you are providing alcohol free to your guests or if they bring their own drink, you don’t need a licence.

With your booking confirmed by Janis, you can complete  your  Hiring Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of hire.

Once you have filled out the Hiring Agreement, return it with a deposit of 25% and a separate Security of £50. (The Security deposit covers the cost of cleaning if the hall  is not left in a clean and tidy condition and will normally be returned to you shortly after the event).

You will then be issued with a Booking Confirmation with the details of the booking and any further payments to be made.
